Welcome to the Art Vancouver 2023 exhibitor application. 

 

Please note that there are two parts to the application:

1) Exhibitor application

2) Submitting a refundable deposit for your booth.

 

Your application will NOT be reviewed until both parts are completed.

You must complete an application for each edition of Art Vancouver you are interested in participating in.

Booth Selection:

 

Select a booth size which is suitable for your exhibit and read the information below.

 

Booth Pricing Includes:

  • Professional white 10' high hardwood walls

  • One full-colour page (one image) in our catalogue (catalogue information must be submitted by Jan 30th)

  • Opening Night Party passes for your guests

  • One exhibitor badge and two exhibitor assistant badges

  • Exhibitor's image of artwork and contact details on the Art Vancouver website

  • Professional advertising, marketing, and social media campaign

  • The opportunity to participate in our program of events:

    • ‘The Face of Art’ runway show

    • Painting Demonstrations

    • Speaker Series

    • Art Masters Competition

Mandatory 2 Lights and Electricity will be added to your order automatically ($440 CAD).

Please email us at exhibitors@artvancouver.net if you would like additional display options:

  • Corner Booth 5ft ($759/each)

    • Corner booths will receive an extra 5ft on the outside wall.

    • Booth with 10ft long sidewall needs to purchase 2x Corner Booth 5ft product.

    • Booth with 20ft long sidewall needs to purchase 4x Corner Booth 5ft product.

  • Extra Lights ($150/each)

    • We recommend at least 1 light for every 5 feet. ​

  • Extra 5ft wall ($759/each)

    • Extra wall 5ft can be added to the sidewall of the booth or inside of the booth.

    • If you would like to use both sides of the wall, please purchase 2x Extra 5ft walls.

  • Electrical cord ($150)

  • Extra Catalogue Page ($125/each)

  • NFT Screens

    • $250 to display an NFT on screen​

Please submit a deposit of $525 CAD to confirm your application.

 

An admin fee of $100 CAD will not be refunded if your application has not been accepted or if you withdrawl your application.
