Welcome to the Art Vancouver 2023 exhibitor application.
Please note that there are two parts to the application:
1) Exhibitor application
2) Submitting a refundable deposit for your booth.
Your application will NOT be reviewed until both parts are completed.

You must complete an application for each edition of Art Vancouver you are interested in participating in.

Select a booth size which is suitable for your exhibit and read the information below.
Booth Pricing Includes:

Professional white 10' high hardwood walls

One full-colour page (one image) in our catalogue (catalogue information must be submitted by Jan 30th)

Opening Night Party passes for your guests

One exhibitor badge and two exhibitor assistant badges

Exhibitor's image of artwork and contact details on the Art Vancouver website

Professional advertising, marketing, and social media campaign

The opportunity to participate in our program of events:
Mandatory 2 Lights and Electricity will be added to your order automatically ($440 CAD).
Please submit a deposit of $525 CAD to confirm your application.
An admin fee of $100 CAD will not be refunded if your application has not been accepted or if you withdrawl your application.
