For her that means not limiting herself to working in one field. This keeps her life exciting, active, and purposeful. She is a certified personal trainer, sports performance specialist, group fitness, spin and yoga instructor as well as a holistic nutritionist. Sky is passionate about goal setting and striving towards one's best self, she leads a 6 week mentoring program.
