1. Service Availability and Cancellations: This driving service is provided to offer transportation opportunities to our VIPs. We retain the right to cancel or reschedule rides at our discretion. Cancellations may occur due to factors including, but not limited to, volunteer unavailability, traffic, or the address being out of Vancouver city limits. While we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of cancellations or rescheduling, we do not guarantee prior notification in all circumstances. 2. Delays Due to Traffic: While we strive to maintain punctuality, delays may occur due to traffic or other road conditions. Passengers should anticipate potential delays of 15–20 minutes. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these factors. 3. Liability and Personal Belongings: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Our organization is not liable for any items lost or left behind in the vehicle. We encourage all passengers to check for their belongings before exiting the vehicle. 4. Volunteer Screening and Conduct: All volunteers providing driving services have been vetted through a thorough screening process. We are committed to maintaining a safe and professional environment for all passengers and volunteers.
